KİMLER BAŞVURMALIDIR? / WHO SHOULD APPLY?Türkiye’de film çekmek isteyen yabancı yapımcılar, yönetmenler ve şirketlerin film çekim izni almak için Sinema Genel Müdürlüğü’ne başvurması gereklidir.Foreign film producers, directors and companies who want to shoot a film in Turkey should apply to the Directorate General of Cinema to obtain film shooting permission.

NASIL BAŞVURULMALIDIR? / HOW TO APPLY?Yabancı ekipten bir kişinin başvuru formunu Türkçe veya İngilizce olarak doldurup imzalaması gerekmektedir. One member of the foreign crew should fill in and sign the application form in English or in Turkish.

Birlikte gelecek çalışma ekibinde yer alanların tamamının adı, soyadı, iş ve ev adresi ile telefonlarını belirtir liste ile pasaport fotokopilerinin (kimlik kartı fotokopisi değil) forma eklenmesi gerekir.The list indicating the names, surnames, work and home addresses and telephone numbers and the passport photocopies (not identity card photocopies) of all the crew members should be enclosed to the form.

Lütfen ekip listesindeki her kişiye bir numara veriniz ve pasaport fotokopilerinin üzerine numaralarını yazınız.Please give a number to each person in the list and write the same number on his/her passport photocopy.

Türkiye’de gerçekleştirilecek yabancı film çekimlerinde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşı olan en az bir mihmandarın/rehberin çalıştırılması zorunludur. According to the regulations, during the film shooting it is obligatory to have at least one host/guide who is a citizen of the Turkish Republic.

Mihmandar/rehber bize telefon ederek belgelerin elimize ulaştığını teyit etmelidir.Your host/guide must call us to confirm that we have received the documents.

Mihmandar/rehber bize kendisiyle ilgili belgeleri göndermelidir 1. Nüfus cüzdanı fotokopisi2. Mihmandarlık yapacağı şirketin / kişi(ler)in adı, çekimin konusu, türü, tarihleri ve çekimler boyunca yabancı ekibin yanında bulunacağını beyan eden, adres ve telefon bilgileri ile imzasının da bulunduğu yazı.

Your host/guide must ask what documents he/she has to send us about himself/herself.

Daha sonra, izin belgesi size veya mihmandara/rehbere e - posta yoluyla gönderilecektir. Then, the permission document will be sent to you or your host/guide via e - mail.

Ülkenizdeki Türk Büyükelçiliği veya Konsolosluğuna vize hakkında bilgi almak için başvurabilirsiniz. You can apply to the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in your country to receive information about the visa.

Türkiye’de film çekmeye başlamadan önce, filmi çekeceğiniz şehirlerin Valilik veya İl Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlüklerine başvurmanız gerekmektedir. Before shooting the film in Turkey, you should apply to the Governership or the Directorate of Culture and Tourism of the cities where you will shoot the film.
